Человек, хранящий в коробке под полотенцами в комоде незарегистрированный военный револьвер, ходит под статьёй. Наболело. Сам факт хранения делает человека преступником и потенциальным "сидельцем".
Человек, севший за руль пьяным, не попросту хранит ствол. И не важно, что он никогда в жизни не приставит этот дуло к чужому виску. Он постоянно нажимает на курок, и раз барабан оказывается не пустым... И за это сафари ему грозит формальное отлучение от руля (хотя где вы видели лишёнников, мирно сидящих на кухне?)
Я не понимаю.... И я злюсь.
